09:30 Pranayam (conscious breathing) lead into meditation.
10:10 Morning Tea
10:30 Integrate conscious movements by engaging body/brain connectivity - with Mayank.
11:00 Mantra repetition leading into meditation.
12:00 Lunch Break. Bring your own lunch.
13:00 Meditation Mandala, guided by Shikhaa. Enquire, Explore, Expand & Evolve through non-dual wisdom, journaling, Q & A, sharing your reflections.
14:30 Afternoon tea
15:00 Gentle Somatic Movement & relaxation with Mayank.
16:00 20-minute mantra chanting & meditation.

There are no levels in meditation; the Wisdom of Meditation program is suitable for all.
