Celebrate the ultimate in decadence with a night of premium NZ seafood showcasing oysters, scallops and premium seasonal white fish. Tonight your chef will show you his ‘tips and tricks’ in three delicious recipes. Start the class with a glass of bubbles and platters on arrival.
Limited spaces available. Tonight learn how to shuck an oyster and serve it with a peppered shallot mignonette, pan sear scallops with Vietnamese mint and Chinese sausage and cook crispy skin market fish served with a spring salad with miso dressing.
