Emily Writes is known for her entertaining honesty around being a mother.
Emily’s first blog about motherhood went viral in March 2015, receiving 1 million hits overnight. People across the world connected to her writing, expressing what every parent thinks at 4am after the third wake-up of the night but isn't brave enough to say out loud. The book 'Rants in the Dark' has been made into a play and Emily’s most recent book 'Is It Bedtime Yet?' was published in 2018. Emily is editor of 'The Spinoff Parents'.
