Reading Challenge

The Adult/Teen Reading Challenge is here for 2019!

Explore the Kāpiti Coast District Libraries collections, complete one or more of the 10 challenges we have lined up for you, and be in to win!

The more challenges you complete, the more chances you have to win a prize! But even if you’ve just got time to read one book this spring, you could be a winner!

Comment on the book you have read to enter the draw for the weekly prizes of coffee vouchers at a cafe in your town or a gift basket! Additionally, attending one of our literary events during this period qualifies you for an entry. The weekly draws will take place in each of the four libraries so there are plenty of chances to win!

Each entry will also be entered into the draw for the grand prize of a $100 book voucher. This will buy some awesome brand new books!

The Reading Challenge runs over six weeks, from Monday 16 September to Sunday 27 October.
Ages eligible are 13+
