Spend two relaxed and peaceful days in the blissful healing energy of Reiki. Reiki is the flow of universal or spiritually-guided life force energy that is all around us.
Reiki is also a gentle, natural, holistic healing system. It helps to restore health and well-being on all levels – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. You’ll easily learn how to channel the Reiki energy for yourself and others to increase vitality and well-being. Reiki flows through you, particularly through your hands to release stress, pain and tension wherever you place your hands. You can use Reiki for yourself, your family, friends, pets and plants!
Reiki also enables you to experience more inner peace and to feel more loved, supported, guided and protected by a wonderful energy. You don’t need any previous experience to learn Reiki.
Usui Holy Fire Reiki is a new Reiki energy which is profound and effective, and is included in all my classes and sessions.

- What Reiki is and its benefits
- The history of Reiki and the Reiki story
- The five Principles or Ideals of Reiki
- Becoming a Reiki channel
- Reiki hand positions on the body and off the body
- How to give yourself Reiki
- How to give Reiki to others ~ whether seated on a chair or on a bed or massage table
- Japanese Reiki techniques including meditation and breathing practices to still the mind, ‘Byosen scanning’ to find places most needing Reiki and ‘dry bathing’
- How to firmly ground yourself
- Becoming a Reiki channel and techniques to aid your development
- Bringing Reiki into your everyday life to guide and nurture you
- Reiki ‘first aid’
- Intention and intuition
- Guidelines for practice
- ‘Ocean of Holy Love’ and ‘Glowing ball of energy’ healing meditations
- First Level ‘Placement’ – this is a guided meditation experience which connects you to the Reiki energy and enables you to channel Reiki
Plenty of time to practice including self-practice and practice with other participants.
You will receive a 70-page Reiki Level 1 Manual, a Certificate and Recordings of the meditations on completion of the training.
