Remarkably Funny is proud to present the first ever Queenstown heat for the nationwide Raw Comedy Quest (a.k.a. Rawquest). Rawquest is a nationwide competition for amateur comedians that has launched the careers of acts like Tarun Mohanbhai, Cori Gonzalez-Macuer, and Melanie Bracewell. To be fair, it also failed to launch the careers of countless comedians you've never heard of, but let's let survivor bias work in our favour and ignore that fact.
In another exciting twist, the show will be MCed by UK comedian Sajeela Kershi, introducing a swag of local rookies battling for a place in the South Island finals in Christchurch. We still have space for more contestants, so sign up now using the link above.
This show will sell out, so get in fast. Note that the venue has a mix of seated and standing spaces, and a ticket doesn't guarantee you a seat.* We recommend arriving early to get a good spot - doors open for ticket holders from 7:30 pm (door sales from 8).
