Looking for a fun way to get fit?
Join our Teen+Adult Capoeira Classes, Thursdays 6.15pm at College Rifles Rugby & Sports Club, Remuera! You will find us in the Ballroom, entrance through the bar next to Genesis gym. Try the first class free!

First open class on Thursday 24th October.

What is Capoeira?
Capoeira is a Brazilian Martial Art mixed with dance and music! In capoeira you have the opportunity to learn acrobatics, martial arts techniques, percussion instruments, singing, culture and language. Capoeira is an awesome way to improve your coordination, fitness and flexibility.

What do I bring?
Just wear comfortable sport clothes and bring a bottle of water. No prior experience or level of fitness necessary!

What if I miss the first Thursday?
Every session is open to new students aged 11+, first class free. Come and have a trial class.

How much does it cost?
The first class is free for new students. After that pay:
- Teens $80 per Term (11 to 17yo), casual session $10
- Adults $100 per Term (from 18yo), casual session $15

You will find us in the Ballroom at College Rifles Rugby & Sports Club, 33 Haast Street Remuera (next to 621 Remuera Road). RSVP appreciated for organization purposes.
