ReversIN+ is a course for anyone struggling with any chronic disease. It is well known that inflammation is the root cause of most chronic diseases. Note this is an si -week course. The first four weeks are spent covering lifestyle education to help you understand how to put out the fire of Inflammation and the second fortnight gives you a chance to put some positive behaviour changes to smother the fire into practice, you catch up twice privately with the coach during the course to help discuss any specific changes you want to make.
Within a group setting you gain social support and wellness coaching to help reverse inflammation and create health.
