- 2 April - Enduring Power of Attorney - Improved awareness of issues and greater access to advice. Reduced stress and anxiety through provision of information on the types of EPOA so for the future. older people can plan for their future wellbeing.

- 16 April - Nutrition in a Nutshell V2 - This presentation gives an overview of the importance of nutrition as we age and our changing nutritional needs.

We will look at various food groups – their importance’s and recommended daily intake. We will discuss the importance of protein, fibre, fluids, strong bones and Vitamin D as well as smart snacking.
Handouts will be provided at the presentation so there will be no requirement for attendees to take notes.
