Tibetan yoga, Chinese medicinal teachings about source essence and family constellations are examples of the handful of modalities that we will offer on this wellness journey.
Restorative yoga, movement sessions, sound healing and forest bathing are just a few more amazingly powerful techniques we will share with you as you refresh your prescription for well being.
Nourishing your roots is important to us and our chefs have designed a predominately plant based menu and will be serving up 3 meals per day. Our evening meal will be presented in a fine dining fashion in our pop-up restaurant, a foodies delight. With titles such as permaculturists, Michelin Star trained, restaurant owners and passionate foodies you will be well looked after by these masters of their craft.
The venue is a private bay with a white sandy beach and a turquoise ocean that is simply stunning. The accommodation is right on the beach front and our pop up restaurant is just 1.9km down the road.
Our Lunar Full Moon ceremony takes place on the 21 March on the beach, letting go of obstacles and inviting in new opportunities as part of your vibrational upgrade. Plant medicine and flower essences support us on this journey and by the time you are ready to step back into your life you will have some new powerful tools and daily rituals to take with you.
Family Constellations shows us that some of the challenges we bring with us into this life is inherited and that we can break the cycle by stepping up and creating change.
