Would it feel amazing to wake up every day and know with full power your place upon this earth?

Would you like to transform your life in such a way that you feel safe, loved and supported by life?

Led by Hannah McQuilkan qualified Naturopath, Medical Herbalist and Forest Bathing Practitioner, with over 20 years experience in the health and wellness industry, her work is rich, deep and powerfully transformative. Her gentle, connected approach will leave you feeling support you in coming home to yourself.

On this retreat you will get reconnected to yourself and nature, discover the natural world like never before, come to understand your place in on this amazing planet. We will use specific Forest Therapy Meditation techniques and also incorporate sound healing, creativity, shamanic practices and aromatherapy to enrich our nature immersion experience.

As we move through the sensory pathways of sight, sound, smell, taste, touch and intuition - you will gently led back to your place in the grand scheme of the planet. A human being, infinitely one with all of life.

We will stay for 3 nights at a secluded Buddhist Retreat Centre in The Coromandel, surrounded by beautiful, New Zealand forest. During our 2.5 days we will use the surrounding forest to enjoy slow forest walks. The centre will provide us with nourishing vegetarian meals.

$380 includes: A small twin share room, shared bathroom
$450 includes: A private room, shared bathroom
