School Holiday Art Workshops for Kids & Teens

School Holiday Fine Art Workshops give kids and teens an opportunity to develop and improve fine art techniques while exploring educational themes. Workshop groups are small for individual attention (4-12 students per class) and all art materials are included in the cost. Please bring lunch and a drink for lunch break.

Comics & Zines, Wednesday 18th Dec, 9.00-3.00, 7-14 years, $49
Especially for kids and teens who love to draw characters and make up stories. Play collaborative drawing games to get your imagination going then create and publish your own zine or comic. Learn about narrative, pattern and contrast.

Underwater Worlds, Thursday 19th Dec, 9.00-3.00, 7-14 years, $49
One of my personal favourite workshops to teach In this workshop kids study creatures of the ocean and create paintings of underwater worlds, combining fact and fiction. Kids will learn ink and watercolour techniques and produce several ocean themed paintings. One of my personal favourite workshops to teach!

Arty Christmas 1, Friday 20th Dec, 9.00-3.00, 7-14 years, $54, Fully booked
In this workshop kids will choose someone special in their life to create a personalised painting for and also make creative Christmas cards for others. Cost includes a frame so their gift is all ready to go. Creative Landscape Painting, Thursday 11th July, 9.00 - 3.00, 7 - 14 years, $45
In this workshop young artists will learn how to use acrylic paints including what brushes to use, how to mix paint and how to create a landscape painting on canvas using their own unique style.

Arty Christmas 2, Monday 23rd Dec, 9.00-3.00, 7-14 years, $54
One last day to get your Christmas shopping done while the kids make a painting as a gift for someone special in their life. Cost includes a frame so their gift is all ready to go. Repeated due to popular demand this workshop will have different content and themes to Friday's workshop so kids can come to both!
