Learn to make coffee like a Pro Barista.

Making coffee is the perfect part time job, it fits in around Uni classes and is the best gap year gig for travelling around the world. Our School Holiday Intensive is a Pro course designed to get you “Work Ready” and confident enough to score a great job.

Our Intensive is a Pro course designed to get you “work ready” and confident enough to secure a great job. We have contacts in both New Zealand, London and Grand Caymans looking to hire our graduates right now.

100% Hands-on course suitable for anyone aged 14+

During our 5 day course, you will work on your own coffee machine the entire time, steaming 500 jugs of milk, extracting 100 shots of coffee and pouring over 700 beverages.

Course content:
Milk texturing, adjusting grinders, perfecting your coffee shots, extraction parameters, beverage building and coffee recipes, machine maintenance, pouring and latte art basics.

Class dates & times:
2hrs per day over 5 consecutive days
15 - 19 April 2019, 10am - 12pm & 22-26 April 2019, 10am - 12pm

The class is held for 2hrs per day for creating the optimum brain & muscle memory patterns (plus you get to still have downtime during your school holiday).
