If you want to learn about fish handling, filleting, shucking and cleaning shellfish, today’s class is for you, not only will you learn some of these techniques you will receive for home the fabulous NZ seafood cookbook with a range of delicious recipes from NZ chefs.
In this hands on class you will learn how to prepare 2 recipes before sitting down to a delicious seafood meal. Today you will be cooking fresh oysters with sichuan mignonette followed by pan fried fish with a clam and fennel congee with freshly made fish stock. Class 3 hours.
