A Meditation Workshop
With National Spiritual Director Gen Kelsang Rabten
Discover the inner peace and mental freedom that comes from learning how to let go of habits of craving and attachment. We all experience craving in our lives, whether its for people, food, smartphones, or unhealthy substances. If we don’t have skilful ways of dealing with this, it can easily lead to strong attachment and addictive tendencies.
On this day course we will explore meditations that will enable us to become free of craving and attachment. We will learn how to identify craving and attachment as it arises in our minds, and learn how to let it go. We will explore meditations that enable us to connect to and develop, a deep and natural source of inner peace, happiness and well-being within our own mind.
