Poetry is popular now. To celebrate, several of Wellington’s coolest poets will pretend to be actual popstars in a lux, daring late night event for Phantom Billstickers National Poetry Day.

Show ponies will be a poetry reading-arena show, complete with bright lights, beats and backup dancers.
The reading will be followed by Wellington band Hans Pucket’s Midnight Karaoke Challenge*, where you too can live your popstar dream, fronting the band with a song of your choice. Sign-ups opening soon, with limited spaces!
