We're Shut Up & Dance and we teach routines inspired by films and music videos - and we're running a reduced timetable for the first time over summer!
No mirrors, no photos, no videos - we care about how good it feels to dance (not how it looks). Every class is different and a surprise, perfect for when you're busy, travelling or during the summer - no need to commit! Come once, twice, or all the time!
Each session is a 45 minute non stop fitness class, designed to make you smile and sweat, but the choreography is simple, satisfying. Uncoordinated? Unfit? Feel free to ask any questions you might have - but just so you know - we specialise in clumsy.
Wear whatever you feel comfortable moving and sweating in and don't forget a water bottle. Grab an intro offer of 2 x sessions for $25 (first timers only), or pay as you go with $20. Sticking around in Wellington? Grab a 10 Trip and enjoy being able to use your sessions at any of our locations into 2020. To launch the fact we're running classes over the 2019/2020 holidays for the first time with Shut Up & Dance Summer School, we’re offering all four classes and a $40 Gift card for $99!
