Singing Crystal Bowls Info Evening With Rob Clemens

Rob's doing another singing crystal bowls night for anyone who's interested.

The evening’s brief discussion will centre on:
Why we keep repeating the same mistakes time and time again when it doesn’t have to be this way.
“People don’t need to be feeling better, they need to be better at feeling.”

The evening’s format will run as:
- Rob’s brief chat about why singing crystal bowls do what they do, why they work so effectively, and what they can do for you individually
- You as an instrument of communication
- Singing crystal bowls demonstration
- A 10-minute workshop exercise
- A brief discussion on our mind as a tool with demonstration;
- Meditation bowls focus on the heart;
- Meditation focus on Forgiveness.

As you will be doing a combination of sitting then lying down, bring a yoga lying mat and comfy cushioning, head pillow, knee support and rug, your interest and an open heart. Chairs available.

The evening event will be Koha if it so suits you to do so.
