This information and enrolment session event is hosted by CoreSkills Enterprise Developments on behalf of Te Wānanga o Aotearoa held at Dynaspeak premises.

Certificate In Small Business and Project Management (CSBM) Level 4 Programme At Queen Street - Auckland CBD:

Have you got a great business idea but not sure how to go about starting up? Have you started a business but have had to teach yourself the basics? If so, we are pleased to advise we will be delivering the No-Fee Certificate in Small Business and Project Management (CSBM) Level 4 programme at Queen Street - Auckland CBD.

Whether you're in business or are just starting one, this programme will give you the skills and knowledge to build a successful business.

The No-Fee funded programme is the Certificate in Small Business and Project Management (CSBM) Level 4 programme which will be delivered at Queen Street - Auckland CBD commencing 27 February 2019, one evening class per week plus study hours and workshops.

The Certificate in Small Business and Project Management is a comprehensive programme that teaches you everything you need to start and run a business - from business planning, marketing, and operations, right through to employing staff, small business accounting and financing the business.

This programme has a strong focus on project management. You'll learn project management processes and techniques, and will have the opportunity to apply these in a variety of business situations. Furthermore, on completion of the programme you will have used these skills to develop a comprehensive business plan for your own business.

Delivered by our friendly and patient experienced business facilitator.

You will learn about:
- project management techniques
- business planning and operation
- industry and market analysis
- accounting and finance
- marketing and market research
- human resource management
- sales and customer service
- complying with business law.

You will learn how to:
- create your own business plan
- apply project management techniques within your business
- conduct market research
- analyse your industry and competitors
- market to your customers
- operate your business efficiently
- employ and manage staff
- manage your business accounts and finances.

This is also a great opportunity to network with others who are engaged in start-up businesses and with those who run businesses.

If you are interested to enrol, you must be a NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident and have a business idea, or be operating your own business.

Course Duration
36 Weeks - commencing in March 2019 (Spaces are Limited)

- Te Wānanga o Aotearoa/Dynaspeak - Level 10, 238 Queen St, CBD, Auckland
- Each Wednesday evening at 6pm + Workshops.
