If you are thinking about becoming vegan, already are but need some practical support, or just need to know more about how to do it then come to our exciting and fun one-day practical workshop.
The day will be interactive and will support developing cooking skills, understanding good nutrition, pulling together a repertoire of go-to easy, delicious and nutritious meals, handling various social situations and much much more.
Lunch and food tastings, recipe demos and a heap of helpful resources to take away, all included.
