So You Think You’re Ready to Be a Consultant?

This presentation will do one of two things to you, hopefully. It’ll either confirm your wish to become a consultant or it will confirm the fact that you have no desire to become a consultant. Either way, this presentation will outline the requirements and capabilities to become a successful consultant in the area of project, programme and portfolio management.

The presentation will also outline some tips, tricks and traps to ensure that if consulting is for you, that you do so with your eyes wide open.
