Relax in a trans-meditated state thanks to the magic of a created soundscape and embark with us on a 4-Week journey to connect with the Four Elements.
We will take you on a guided Meditation followed by Sound Healing for relaxation, healing and transformation using crystal, Tibetan bowls, shaman drums, vocals and more.
We will weave in Healing energies to help you shift blockages and see clearer on your spiritual path.
This is a 4-week series, focusing each week on a different element, with the intention of clearing stagnant energies, create self-awareness.
The Four Elements of Earth, Air, Fire and Water are the foundations of our physical world. Our body is made up of these four elements, and we can not sustain life without them.
From a Shamanic Perspective, the Four Elements are valuable tools for self-development and healing. The knowledge and experience of the elements in our body allows us to understand the laws of Nature and attain a greater sense of harmony and wisdom.

Claire-Jeanne (BA Hons, Post Grad Dip Counseling) is a Holistic Counselor, Clairvoyant and Spiritual Intuitive trained in Shamanic Healing and Soul Retrieval.
