Ethan is a qualified baker with experience at award winning bakeries, taught by the best. Now it’s his turn to share his knowledge and love for slow ferment sourdough baking.
At the sourdough workshop you’ll understand how to cultivate natural yeast through to the principles of baking sourdough bread. This crash course provides tips and tricks in kneading, moulding and finishing with baking. At the end of the workshop you’ll get to take home all the tools you need to practice the art of sourdough bread making.

- Bread basket/Banneton, razor, sourdough starter and recipe's.
