Spring Flower Show

Classes open to adults & children.

Conditions of entry.

Please read schedule carefully.
1 – Entry Forms will be available at the South Alive Office, South Alive website www.southalive.org.nz/, and on Friday 20.09.19 between 6pm to 8pm at South Alive Office.

2 - All Entries for the Show must be received by the Secretary or a delegate at The Pod foyer and be prepared on the table provided, before being placed by a steward in The Pod by 8pm on the evening before the Show, ready for judging.

3 - Entrants must reside in Post Code 9812. All entries must be grown by the Entrant.

4 - Each entry will be supplied with a sticker which identifies the section, class and entry number. This will be securely attached to the entry.

5 - Containers will be supplied.

6 - Judging will start at 9.15am Saturday 21st September 2019.

7 - If in the Judges view, entries do not reach a sufficient standard, prizes may be adjusted.

8 - Judges decisions will be final.

9 - Entries are not to be removed before 3pm on the day of the show and must be removed by 4pm. Any entries left after 4pm will be dismantled and donated locally.

10 - There is no limit to the number of entries per person but no more than 2 entries per class per person.

11 - First time competitors may receive some assistance regarding presentation.
