Starting your baby on solid food can be a confusing and daunting time. There may be many challenges that pop up along the way, or you maybe following a particular diet for your little one. Join Dr Julie Bhosale's amazing Auckland team for a starting solids mini-series workshop on Saturday the 29th of June.

Dr Julie Bhosale is an internationally-renowned family wellbeing and nutrition expert, speaker and best selling author of The Nourished Baby - your step-by-step guide to introducing solid food. Her team of specially hand-picked nutrition consultants are here to help navigate some of the more tricky aspects of starting solids.

As part of this workshop there are three sessions which you can attend:

1) 9am-10am - Struggling to eat solids - Victoria
2) 10am-11am - Allergies - Sue Jan
3) 11am-12pm - Plant based diets - Alicia

Each session will include an informative presentation based on these common challenges and interests with plenty of question time as well. Dr Julie Bhosale herself will be present at all three sessions as well to help answer any questions you may have.

There will be lots of workshop specials on all of Dr Julie's books, feeding products and support groups.

You can book into a single session for $15 or a full day ticket gives you access to all three sessions for $40

The Onepoto Domain Community Hall is right off the motorway and has plenty of car-parking outside.
