"Jazz with a Punch" is how Napier Jazz Club described "High Society". Since forming in Feb 2018, this group of Jazz aficionados have caused a shake-up in the jazz scene with their brazenly commercial take on the American Songbook standards. Along with mixing jazzy contemporary numbers into the repertoire introducing younger audiences to the jazz vibe. High profile appearances include two residencies at The Cabana for Napier Art Deco, Wine and Food Festivals including Toast Martinborough and sold-out tours throughout the North Island.

The team for Sugarfoot Stomp's Saturday Shake-up are; Bob Keeton on keys, Greg Crayford drums, Phil Costello sax, and "Mad Dog" Mike Duffy Bass - and introducing frontwoman Nicole Chesterman who recently returned from gigging at the famous Cicada Club in downtown L.A.
