With an amazing array of beautiful gifts, sustainable products, crafts, jewellery, art, plants, knitted wear and other goods for sale at our Sustainable Market, pop along to our market for a great evening to find your perfect gift for Mother's Day or for other special occasions. NB. Please bring cash as not all stall holders have eftpos machines.
At every market we will be hosting a Sustainable Living Skills workshop, there will be a different activity at each market. We will also have information about how to reduce your waste, recycling and live more sustainably.
Natural Beauty Products is our next Sustainable workshop! What better way to celebrate Mother's Day by making natural beauty products, reduce waste and packaging! There will be an opportunity to make natural bath salts for a special Mother's Day gift. We will have samples of beauty products available, to be made at a future workshop.
NB. Due to the popularity of this workshop, one gift per person to be purchased at $2 each, to cover materials.
Sustainable Papakura Recycling Collection Point - The following items can be dropped off at our stall: Reading glasses,small e-waste, used toothpaste tubes and toothbrushes, wine bottle lids, clean coffee pods and soft plastics. Batteries can still be dropped off for a gold donation, we have had to apply this fee to dispose of the batteries correctly.
NB. These items are collected on behalf of other organisations. They can also be dropped off at The Corner from Tuesday to Friday, 12 noon to 5 pm and Saturday, 10 am to 3 pm each week.
Enjoy the atmosphere of the market, remember to check out our workshops and stalls and have a relax at Twilight Cafe... you can bring your own keep cup too!
