Tai Chi Classes: With experienced qualified coach Master Haogui Chen, the 13th generation successor of Chen's Tai Chi and winner of a number of Tai Chi competitions in China.

(*Weather permitting).

Tai Chi classes schedule:
Saturday: 8:30am-10am - Combination of Tai Chi 42 Movements (combined from Yang, Chen, Wu and Sun style Tai Chi)

Sunday: 8:30am-10am - Ba Duan Jin, 13 forms and Yang style Tai Chi 24 Movements for beginners

$2 donation at each class.

*When doing Tai Chi please wear loose fitting pants (tight pants, jeans etc impede extended postures) and flat bottom shoes (thin soles are best), in order to achieve correct postures and avoid injury and discomfort.

Haogui also does private lessons during the week. She teaches Chen, Yang, Wu & Sun style Tai chi, and sword, fan & knife Tai chi. Please email - hay.yinghao@gmail.com to arrange.

The gentle movement of Tai Chi increases muscular strength, flexibility and fitness, while also improving balance, immunity and relaxation of mind and body.

Tai Chi is beneficial for neck pain, shoulder pain, back pain, spine strain, arthritis, high blood pressure, constipation, endocrine disorder, endurance, asthma, pharyngitis, respiratory disease, aerobic capacity, stress relief, various rheumatoid, osteoporosis, heart disease, eye disease, kidney disease, lung disease, diabetes and other chronic illnesses.
