Qigong is the foundation to Tai Chi. It is relatively simpler than Tai Chi and has more healing than Ti Chi.

Qigong is the practice of moving meditation, using the body, mind, breath and Qi (energy) to initiate positive transformation within the body.

Regular practice can improve your health, immune system, spine, pelvic floor muscles, core strength, serenity, relaxation and inner joy.

Class fee: $17 per casual class, $15 per class if pay for a term.
Tai Chi DVD, Qigong book and CD are available for your better improvement.
