Kids - Join the fun at the Te Angiangi Marine Reserve with a Rocky Shore Adventure. The Department of Conservation and the Kiwi Conservation Club would like you to visit the reserve with us to learn about the plants and animals that live in the reserve - from the seaweed to the marine invertebrates such as sponges, sea anemones, starfish and crabs, to the little fish that are found in the rock pools.
We will meet at the historic Aroamoana Woolshed, Aroamoana and learn about the history of the woolshed before we head out onto the rock platform at the Marine Reserve.
Bring your lunch, drink bottle, hat, warm gear, jacket and suitable shoes. For health & safety purposes parental supervision is required.
