Te Manawa's After Dark events are among its most popular - we throw open the museum's door on a midwinter evening, transform our spaces with lighting effects and fill them with activities.
After Dark returns this year for the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11 moon landing. Join us as we celebrate this landmark achievement with rocket making and launches, storytelling from the Man in the Moon, face painting, galaxy slime and more!
Tickets are $7 per person, with free entry for children under 4. Tickets are available on the night but we recommend pre-purchasing, which you can do at our front desk.
