Tea with Elisabeth

"Dying to Know Day” on 24 August 2019 brings to life conversations and community action around death, dying and bereavement.

Join us at Te Omanga Hospice for an evening to acknowledge one of the world’s famous pioneers of the hospice movement: Elisabeth Kubler-Ross (July 8, 1926 – August 24, 2004).

Hear stories of Elisabeth’s wisdom shared by those privileged to work closely with her as she encouraged people to “live before they die” and resolve all “unfinished business”.

Let her remarkable work to de-stigmatize dying be remembered and carried on by those that work or have an interest in supporting others at the end of life.

Anyone is welcome to attend. Light refreshments will be served. Please RSVP to annie.bright@teomanga.org.nz for catering purposes.
