Brain Play

The next school holiday programmes will begin on the 30th of September2019 and Brain Play is planning two weeks of tech-based activities for your child to get involved in!

In this course students will learn the key components of graphic design and photo editing. We'll use graphic design software to cover importing and exporting images, layering, auto fixes, colour and exposure editing, inclusion of text and overlays, and several other key graphic design software skills. Students will complete this course with a personal portfolio of their work.

Some of our programmes have age restrictions, due to their difficulty. Please follow these restrictions carefully as your child will not be accepted into the class on the day if they do not meet the age requirement.

Students are required to bring their own laptop. Previously we have accepted tablets, but we have introduced brand new activities that require the use of a desktop device.

Laptop required; Chrome Books are suitable for some programmes. Please check our website to confirm. Laptops are available for hire at a rate of $8.00 per day.

We offer early-bird and volume discounts. Please email us before booking for three days or more so we can apply the discount for you.

We also offer childcare for just $8.00 per hour from 7:45am - 8:45am, and 3:15pm - 4:15pm or 5:15pm.

For full information on Brain Play and our courses please see our website at www.brainplay.co.nz, email us on info@brainplay.co.nz, or give us a call on 027-509-6168.

We can't wait to have your child involved in our technology classes!
