Hosted by Justine from My Balance Project, this workshop will give you the tools needed to kick start your self love journey, deal with negative self talk and change your mindset.

Over this 5hr session, Justine will share her personal experience of changing her relationship with food (and herself), losing 30kgs, getting to a place of self acceptance and the steps needed to get there. This will be a small group workshop environment, with numbers limited to 20 women so that we can collaborate in an intimate space. These workshops are an investment in your future that will supply valuable tools to help you regain confidence in yourself, improve your health and stick to it.

Guests will receive a Wellness Pack (goodie bag) valued at $100 plus Food & drinks are included in the workshop price, to be enjoyed in the beautiful space at Mustard Folk Studio.
