The Fire Within is an asana and pranayama practice where we learn to create the power, focus, and heat to burn away our doubts and live an exponential life. We will explore ways to incorporate Kapalabahti (Breath of Fire) into our practice and ignite change throughout our bodies.
The practice is strong but is designed to be accessible to all levels, so whether you are new to yoga or an experienced yogi, there will be a practice applicable for you. As the practice progresses, we lay the foundation so that we can learn to exceed our expectations and live confident in our abilities.
At the completion of the practice, we will do a silent meditation and integrate the asanas with our breath and mind so that we can leave empowered and ready to make 2019 our best year yet.
