A Farm-Based Yoga & Meditation Retreat.

The New Zealand Yoga Retreat is an experience like no other. The working-farm setting and themed curriculum have been carefully crafted to support an ease-full transformation to your next, higher state of being.

You will be led through meditation, pranayama yoga (breathing practices) and asana yoga (poses) practices designed to help you realize a deeper experience of the body. Through this careful practice, you will start to feel the way habits of tension have formed in your body over years, and discover how to access new possibilities of relaxation, strength and coordinated movement.

With hands-on adjustments designed not to manipulate your body, but to to help you bring awareness to your body in new ways, years of stress habits will begin to drop away.

This is for you if:
- You need a break from your daily routine
A vacation that nourishes you on a deep level
A reminder of how to take care of and enjoy the precious body you live in
Time away from your phone and the internet to reflect, journal, and relax
- You love home-cooked quality organic food
- You long to live closer to land that grows your food
- You feel ready to make positive changes in your life and want support to create new healthy habits
- You love yoga or meditation and have felt the difference it makes in your life
- You enjoy a nice sauna, a good view and good company

If at least a few of these ring true, then this is the retreat for you. Immerse yourself for a week, in a natural rhythm of body awareness, self-reflection, community and nourishment.
