For almost thirty years The Original Gypsy Fair has been travelling NZ and we will be back in Oamaru at the wonderful Friendly bay reserve in old Sector of town for our 26th fair of the 2018-2019 season.

As always we will be bringing an expansive range of handcrafted products that are sold exclusively at The Original Gypsy Fair, some of which will be made before your eyes. Be amazed as you watch world renowned glass blower Geoff Brunker as he skilfully manipulates molten glass into an array of beautiful works of art.

Grab yourself a stunning masterpiece of jewellery and other creations made from silverware by David, and Rowena has made a gorgeous array of items from beads. (Spiders have never looked so delightful!)

Have you ever seen a coin turned into an extraordinary piece of jewellery. Come see our very own Maxine who has turned old coins into beautiful rings.

You won’t want to miss a vast array of colourful tie dyed creations at Sean & Lou’s stall, all hand tied and dyed by Sean. Tattooing and body piercing is available by the very talented Jude & Shayne Sergeant New Zealand’s first (& possibly only) Mother & Son Tattooing team.

Jewels will skilfully braid your hair and also has a fine selection of hair accessories, hair extensions, and hand made copper. Sheryl has a luxurious selection of Soaps & oils, feast your eyes on the indulgent range of handmade soaps, balms and oils.

You’re bound to fall in love with something at Kristin’s clothes, something for all the family and then flash it up by popping over to Dianne’s spectacular range of hats, bags and other accessories. The magpie will come out in you when you spy Bev’s crystals and gemstones, whatever your path, there is something here that will point you in the right direction.

Check out Robyn's wonderful copper jewelry, create a piece yourself, plus for a gold coin donation you can take a tour of her stunning open home.
