Weekly Term 2 Acting Course for 19 - 24 yr olds

If you are a young or emerging actor aged 19-24 or keen to become an actor, this course gives you access to unlock the skills and techniques to perform Shakespeare at Pop-up Globe.

The tools and techniques offered in the training are those utilised in professional contexts and the entire course is built for students who wish to hone their acting skill to a degree where they could confidently audition for tertiary acting institutions and professional theatre.

We will focus on developing the actor’s craft. From examining text on the page to instilling the physical and vocal practices necessary for a performer to fill a venue such as the Pop-Up Globe. Much of our training will occur on the main stage, culminating in a performance open to the company’s families and friends.
