The Makers

The Makers are delighted to invite you to the opening preview of this stunning exhibition of new pieces from Christchurch based jeweller Adele Stewart.

Please join us at our Christchurch or Wellington galleries on Thursday the 6th of June for bubbles and nibbles from 5.30 - 7.30pm.

This will give you first chance to catch one of these winged beauties for your very own.
If you're lucky enough to get to our Christchurch gallery at 49 Ferry Rd, we'd love to introduce you to the maker, Adele, herself.

Adele Stewart is a trained gem setter and has been setting for New Zealand's top jewellers for 16 years. With her training and attention to detail, she has created tiny enameled and gem-set insect inspired pieces full of colour and movement.

Adele works from her Little River studio on Banks Peninsula, surrounded by nature. You may recognise her floral series which we stock - our favourite of which are the NZ natives, delicate floral earrings and pendants in silver and glass enamel.

Ultimately wearable and beautifully made, these pieces will become coveted family heirlooms.

We hope to see you there, but if you can't make the opening please feel free to visit our galleries during opening hours to view Adele's new work at your own convenience.

The exhibition The Wing Collector runs at both our Christchurch and Wellington galleries from the 7th of June to the 6th of July.

Please feel free to forward this email to interested friends.
