Timoru Soap Box 2019

The Timoru Soap Box Derby is back for its third year - how could we not do it again after the feedback from 2018!

Teams will build DIY machines and race them down a fast and testing course, with the fastest on the day taking the Timoru Soap Box title.

2019 will have an adults and kids section, plus we are adding a corporate challenge into the mix.

This is a fun family event that really is for the whole family.

Timaru used to have these races in 1970-1990 and we are bringing this event back to the streets of Timaru as a Movember Fundraiser and organised by the Movember Timoru Crew. This is a group of mates who have a passion to make a difference in their community for Men’s Health.
