Andrew London and his wife Kirsten will be our special guests at THL on Wed.
We are fortunate they could fit us into their busy touring /recording schedule. They are playing in a variety of forms in the next few months. see Andrew London Music on Facebook. The gig with us will have them as a duo playing his lovely balladic, funny, thoughtful and highly entertaining songs.
Warming up the evening will be our local guitar virtuoso Saali Marks who apologies for missing last months show which he was also billed to play at but his excuse of having a school trip planned to the Secondary Schools Jazz fest in Tauranga the next day has been accepted. We are keeping our fingers crossed that he hasn't double booked himself next week.
Another local singer songwriter, Noemi Roche will play a short set of her original songs after Saali and then Ryan Coles, lead singer and guitarist from the Dead Zephyrs, will play a solo set of originals with one or two hard blues/rock nos which are his passion.
So please, get yourself and your friends to our monthly show at The Tin Hut on the first Wednesday in May which, after all, is the month we recognise and celebrate Kiwi music.
The food is good, the bar well stoked and... the service is friendly, as you've come to expect in a country pub in South Wairarapa.
