Tawaroa & Puawai are public figures and both members of Maimoa Music, Aotearoa’s premiere kaupapa Māori band. Our guests have amazing stories to share about their journey and careers in media, music and kaupapa Māori. They will lead workshops through Q&A sessions, engaging presentations and activities through kaupapa Māori. Participants will have an opportunity to interact while gaining a better understanding of Maori in media and the arts as well as the Matariki kaupapa lead by local leaders sharing knowledge and tikanga of the region.
