Join Certified Intentional Creativity Facilitator Kerry Lee, The Alchemical Artist for this fun, insightful and inspiring two hour workshop. Kerry Lee will guide you in a simple step-by-step process that included a short guided mediation, a process exercise to review your current views, values and satisfaction on various parts of life such as relationships, environment, health, finances, fun and more. Absolutely no art experience is needed. Only an open heart and open mind to learn something new!

Touchstones were known as Lydia Stones in Lydia, now Turkey, around 500 BC. They were used as a test to help determine if the valuable metal coins of the time were real or counterfeit with inferior metals, like a litmus test. We'll be making our own version that you can use to guide your life in 2019 with your personal truths and values.

At the end of the workshop you will have discovered three keywords based on your current values that can help you make decisions to get in or stay in the flow of life where ease, synchronicity, fun, a full heart and feeling supported by the universe exists to help us in becoming and being who we really are. When we live authentically to ourselves life is easier, more fun and more magical!

This workshop is all about the insight gained during the process and you'll have three pocket stones with your words and a hanging paper mobile to hang in your bathroom or other visible place to help you memorize your words. Each time an opportunity for a decision comes your way in 2019 you can run the question past your three personal touchstone words. This will help determine a choice that is that is in alignment with your values and desires.

We'll begin with a Red Thread Ceremony ice breaker so please plan your driving and parking time so you can be on time.

Intentional Creativity is a guided step-by-step method of creativity that can release blocks, transform old stories into empowering new endings, and create clarity and vision for the future. Everything within us, past, present, and future, lives in a story. By creating with mindfulness and intention, whether making a soup, a garden, a business plan or a painting, we are more present because we chose to be. The results are different than if we are not paying attention. Activating both sides of the brain helps to discover something new or forgotten.
