Trampoline Lessons

Weekly trampoline lessons at one of NZ’s most successful trampoline clubs. Be part of the exciting Olympic sport of Trampoline Gymnastics. Members will learn fundamental and more advanced skills safely. There are opportunities to gain Level Badges and enter competitions as members progress through the sport.

North Shore Trampoline is the only affiliated Trampoline Gymnastics club on the North Shore. We are not a Trampoline Park. We specialise in helping our members reach their own potential and goals. We run Recreational, Competitive and Elite programmes. So whether your goal is to land your first flip or to take on the World’s best, we have a class for you.

We currently run classes for children 5 years and up. Our preschool and adult classes operate when we have sufficient numbers. So contact us if your interested in these too.
