Transmission Meditation Group

Transmission meditation is a simple, free group meditation that is a way to help the world, and a dynamic aid to personal growth.

You are welcome to attend one of our regular meditations, held in Epsom, Howick, Glenfield and Orewa. No previous meditation experience required - the only prerequisite is a desire to serve. At the Epsom group, we start with a brief workshop for newcomers; we sit in chairs in a circle (cushions are available); and you can leave at any time during the meditation itself.

Transmission is a safe, scientific, non-denominational activity. It will not interfere with any other religious or spiritual practice, and may enhance your personal meditation and any other service activities in which you are engaged.
