Want to inject a dose of joy and connection into your relationship? Hey, us too! We’re delighted to bring the Unchatter magic to this new connection experience designed just for couples. More than just a cheeky date night, we’re bringing serious fun (and serious research) to the art of relationship-building.

The longest-running study on happiness is crystal clear: the #1 factor in our well-being is the quality of our relationships. With a carefully blended brew of cool science and practical experience, we’ll get into all the juicy topics that impact the way we love, fight, and try to move through the world with another human being.

This event is highly experiential – in other words, not too much talk and a whole lot of action. We want you to feel the difference these exercises make in the way you connect with your partner.

Cool stuff you’ll learn:
- Our physiological responses to love
- How to hack your brain for better connections
- The teeniest, tiniest things you can do to improve your relationship
- How to fight more effectively
- What not to do and specific behaviours that lead to relationship doom
- (Re)igniting the spark when boredom creeps in

Walk away with a deeper connection to your partner and a dynamite set of on-the-ground tools that are custom-tailored to your relationship.

At Unchatter, we value meaningful connection above all else. Like everything we do, this event is very thoughtfully curated to create space for safe vulnerability, serious fun, and especially – deep impact.

Give your partner a smooch and come join us!

FAQ
What’s your definition of a “couple?”
Do you consider yourself to be a couple? Then so do we!
Do we need to register or do you accept walk-ins on the day of the event?

Please register in advance. We want you to have an experience that feels rich and meaningful, so we limit the number of attendees to make it an intimate gathering. This also allows us to reduce the time spent on check-in and jump right in!

Are you trained therapists?
Nope, we’re trained human beings with some mega zest for living life meaningfully. Our founder (one of the facilitators for this event) is conducting PhD research on connection and belonging, so that work will factor into the content we’ve got in store for you. That said, we think therapists rock and heartily recommend that route if you’re looking for a space to dig into heavy stuff.

Will there be food?
Of course! Good things happen when there’s food on the table. Expect some totally legit goodies (think finger foods that are mostly vegan and gluten-free) prepared by the incredible Pedro’s Cafe along with a smashing array of beverages. Please note this is a non-alcoholic event.

What if my relationship is already awesome?
Sweet! Whether you and your partner are in the honeymoon phase or the “Why are you breathing like that?” phase, this is the space for you. Either way, you’ll learn heaps, pick up some new tips, and have loads of fun along the way. Plus, if you’re on the ooey-gooey lovebird side of things, you can share some of your rockin’ relationship secrets with the rest of us!

What if my relationship is a total disaster?
No sweat. If you’re both keen to come with open hearts and minds, then we’re keen to have you here. This is not the space for airing dirty laundry, intensive problem-solving, or challenges that are better suited for therapy. It IS the space for seeing your partner (and yourself) through a more meaningful, compassionate lens and learning some rad connection skills that will shift the way you interact with each other in everyday life.

Is this going to knock my socks off?
You bet. (It might knock more than your socks off if you know what we’re saying…wink, wink.) Come prepared for some heart-opening, mind-shifting, sock-rocking magic!
