Love of NZ Seafood is shared in tonight’s class with recipes that have been created especially for you and your special partner. Work alongside one other couple at a bench of 4 then sit down and enjoy a delicious seafood meal complimented with Babich wines and Birkenhead Brewing Company artisan beers.
Complete your meal with a selection of Rush Munro icecream and seasonal fruit. Tonight you will start with freshly shucked oysters with a ponzu dressing, Salmon sashimi with ginger and hot sesame oil and followed by Pan fried market fish with a fennel, orange and olive salad.
Complimentary beverage on arrival.
Bar open from 5.30pm. Class starts promptly at 6pm.
