Working in pairs, you’ll make a rich chocolate cake. While it’s in the oven, you’ll prepare sesame cookies for baking and make a nice chocolate topping for your cake. While everything made is vegan, this baking will be enjoyed by vegans and non-vegans alike.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll be able to:
- Make a vegan chocolate cake
- Make vegan chocolate cake topping
- Make vegan sesame cookies
- Recognise what specific ingredients we used to make these things vegan
All ingredients included as part of course fee, but bring an apron, tea towels, a dish cloth and containers to take home half a cake and cookies.
