Wana laugh is a comedy show that is returning to Wanaka by popular demand for one night only. It features three of New Zealand's top comedians Brendhan Lovegrove, Ben Hurley and Justine Smith.

This is going to be one Awesome evening of comedy! Limited tickets are available. It sold out the last two times it came to Wanaka so book early to avoid disappointment!!

Ben Hurley
It’s the bearded guy from 7Days, Ben Hurley!

Winner of all of the awards (NZICF Billy T Award, Fred Award, NZCG Best Male Comedian & Best MC), Ben has been smashing comedy out of the park since a long time ago.

Born in Taranaki, Ben cut his comedy chops in Wellington before making the move to London where he honed his craft to the fine tuned beast we now see.

As Head Writer for 7Days, Ben is also a regular panellist on the show and has appeared on numerous TV shows including the Comedy Gala, AotearoHA and Would I Lie To You. He has hosted the New Zealand Music Awards, his own show alongside Steve Wrigley, World Famous with Ben & Steve and most recently TV3’s stand up comedy show After Hours.

Brendhan Lovegrove
Brendhan is a favourite on the NZ Comedy Circuit and a much-loved regular headliner and host at The Classic.
With an arm's length list of awards. He has entertained sold-out crowds for well over a decade within New Zealand, Australia, Asia and the UK.

Brendhan has appeared on numerous local television programmes including all 8 series of Pulp Comedy TV, the last series of which he hosted. He stars in TVNZ's mockumentary 'A Night At The Classic' Season 1 and 2; as well as several appearances on TV3's 7 Days.

Justine Smith

Justine’s awards include The ‘Billy T Award’ 2003 The NZ Comedy Guild Awards for ‘Best Female Comedian’ in 2008, 2015 and 2017, and The NZ Comedy Guild Award for ‘Best MC’ in 2015 and 2016.
