Another wonderful Well-being for Women group is being held in Tauranga.
These presentations offer a space for women of all ages and backgrounds to come together to experience the power of shared discussions on a wide variety of topics including exhaustion, stress, sleep, food, self-care and more.
They offer a wealth of insight, inspiration and practical take-home tools for you to introduce into your own life
This month’s discussion topic is:
"How different would the relationship with our body be if we were raised from young with a sense of personal beauty and self-worth that hasn't been corrupted by what the world expects a woman to be?"
But as usual this will be simply be a starting point for another in-depth and honest conversation about what it is like to be a woman in the world today. Jeanette and Ingrid would love for you to join them in this most valuable conversation.
